By accessing and using Medieval Kingdoms, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Medieval Kingdoms is a whitelisted Minecraft roleplay server and community platform featuring forums, wiki pages, chronicles, lore entries, and character documentation. Access to the Minecraft server requires an invitation and whitelist approval.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must authenticate through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Discord account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing accurate and current information
4. Community Guidelines
You agree to:
- Maintain authentic medieval roleplay standards
- Respect other community members
- Not harass, abuse, or harm others
- Not spam or post inappropriate content
- Not cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized modifications
- Follow all Minecraft EULA and Mojang Terms
- Respect intellectual property rights
5. Content
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create (posts, wiki pages, chronicles, etc.). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.
Our Content: All server lore, official characters, and platform design are owned by Medieval Kingdoms and protected by copyright.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use our service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Collect user data without permission
- Post malicious code or viruses
7. Moderation
We reserve the right to:
- Remove content that violates these terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Modify or discontinue any part of the service
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for user-generated content.
9. Limitation of Liability
Medieval Kingdoms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Medieval Kingdoms is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Minecraft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be announced through our Discord server.
